Artist Market: rules and safety in a nutshell

Before any purchase, sale or proposal, you must accept the Marketplace Regulations (the checkbox). Here’s a plain-language summary. The full text is always available in the app, by clicking “Marketplace Regulations” in the confirmation window.

The key points

  1. It’s an editorial game. The Market is a gamification and entertainment module managed exclusively by INARTE.IT. Users only exchange the roles of curation, direction and management of Synthetic Artists.

  2. You trade the management, not the ownership. The transfer does not include intellectual property, trademarks, software, source files or copyrights: all rights remain with INARTE.IT.

  3. You pay in Loyalty Points (PT) — which are not money. PT are not legal tender, electronic money, cryptocurrency or a financial instrument. They are not convertible to cash and not refundable. Any conversion into discount coupons is governed separately by the loyalty program.

  4. 5% fee. On every purchase the platform retains 5% of the price, deducted from the seller (e.g. 900 PT → the seller receives 855 PT). The fee is shown in the Loyalty transaction log.

  5. Anti-speculation rules.

    • ±30% range: the sale price must stay within ±30% of the Estimated Value.
    • 24h cooldown: a just-bought artist can’t be re-listed for 24 hours.
  6. The Estimated Value is not a real valuation. It’s generated by internal algorithms based on votes, sales and sentiment. It is not a real economic valuation, nor a promise of yield, an investment or a guarantee of profit.

  7. Prohibited behavior (and penalties). Fictitious transactions, Score manipulation via bots or automated listening/voting systems, and multiple accounts to transfer points or bypass limits are forbidden. Penalties can include account suspension and point resets.

  8. “As-is” service. INARTE.IT is not liable for bugs, external attacks or loss of data/points/artists due to technical issues.

  9. Amendments. The regulations may be updated; changes apply from the publication date.

  10. Law and jurisdiction. Italian Law applies (Court of Turin); for consumers, the court of their residence/domicile applies.

:backhand_index_pointing_right: In short: play fair, remember that PT are not money and that only the management is traded. The rules keep the Market fair and fun for everyone.
