How do you earn as a Talent Manager?
The principle is simple: every time your artist sells something, you earn a commission.
The base commission is 20% on every sale your artist generates. You earn on everything fans buy:
Music Cards (collectible music cards)
Single songs and streaming tracks
Fan subscriptions
Custom songs
Merchandise
There are two ways to earn:
- Passive distribution → an automatic percentage on every sale on the platform. You work once (launch and promote), then earn over time.
- Active resell → you buy copies (physical or digital) at production cost and resell them at market price, with a margin of up to ~60%.
How you get paid:
- Commissions build up in your wallet as sales come in.
- You can request a payout once you reach the €30 minimum threshold.
- Payment by bank transfer or PayPal, processed within 30 days.
- Have a VAT number? You invoice INarte. Are you a private individual? INarte applies a 20% withholding tax and issues the tax certification for your return.
Important: the commissions you’ve earned stay yours forever, even if you later stop managing that artist.
