Purchase Proposals: how to make an offer (even for artists not for sale)

Besides direct purchase, the Market lets you send a Purchase Proposal: a private offer in Loyalty Points (PT) to take over an artist’s management. The best part? You can make an offer even for artists that are NOT for sale.

:outbox_tray: Buyer side — How to send a proposal

  1. Open the Market app ( InArte — Phygital Music Collectibles | Figurine Musicali AI Certificate su Blockchain ) and select the artist.
  2. Press “Send Purchase Proposal” (the button is there both for listed and non-listed artists).
  3. Enter your offer amount in PT (minimum 10 PT).
  4. Accept the Regulations and confirm with “Send Proposal”.

What you need: being logged in and having a sufficient PT balance (if it’s not enough, “Insufficient balance” appears). Privacy: the proposal is forwarded confidentially — email addresses are not visible.

You’ll get the confirmation: “Purchase proposal sent to the Talent Manager!”

:inbox_tray: Seller side — Receiving and responding

Proposals received for your artists appear in the “Proposals” tab: the tab blinks and shows a counter with the number of pending offers.

For each proposal you see: the artist, who is offering, the price in PT and the date. You have two choices:

  • Reject → the proposal is discarded, nothing happens.
  • Accept → a confirmation opens showing:
    • Offer Received (the proposed PT)
    • Fee (5%)
    • Net Received (what you actually get)

:warning: Warning: accepting is irreversible. On confirmation, the artist’s management transfers to the buyer immediately and the net PT are credited to your balance.

Example: an offer of 1,000 PT → 5% fee (50 PT) → you receive 950 PT net.

:backhand_index_pointing_right: In short: the buyer privately proposes an amount in PT (min 10); the manager finds it in the “Proposals” tab and can accept it (receiving the price minus 5%) or reject it.
